Purple Hair McGender Studies

Frederick R Smith has moved to Frederick R. Smith Speaks (substack.com)

This is a very special Frederick R. Smith blog written by a guest author. From a friend of a friend who is quite the historian and writer, and more. It first appeared in a Facebook post on January 10, 2021. The writer gave permission to your author to publish it here.

I’ve been seeing countless posts and comments from you all in recent days, all lamenting the recent and unfortunate events going on around us - and rightly so. However, many of them keep drawing comparisons to various Communist revolutions and takeovers from the past.

Stop doing this. I need you to listen as to why.

There are several key differences between past leftwing revolutions and the technocratic takeover they are attempting here today. While they may appear similar on the surface, understanding the actual differences will not only better inform and equip you to successfully resist and reverse what is coming, but also, I pray, give you much needed hope for the future.

Every human society, since however long ago those have been around, is divided into two main class categories: the Producer Classes and the Consumer Classes. The Producers are those that do the actual “dirty work” of enabling human civilization to exist - growing the food, mining the ore, building the roofs, hunting the game, killing the enemies, etc. The Consumers are those who owe the very existence of their professions to the Producers - the scholars, the artists, the journalists, the clergy, the politicians, the nobility, the elite, etc. If the Consumers were to all vanish, civilization would, by and large still exist.  They are not, by any means, essential to the material survival of society (despite having a legitimate role in providing the immaterial benefits of learning, culture, holiness, etc.).

Stay with me here. Various Communist and leftwing revolutionary regimes of the past succeeded *precisely* because they almost exclusively ingratiated themselves with the Producer Classes of their respective societies and turned them against the Consumers. They won the adamant support of the farmers, the laborers, the factory workers, the soldiers, and the sailors. Ask yourself this question - which class group do the technocratic leftists of today belong to in America? Which class group have they ingratiated themselves into?

Exactly - the parasitical Consumer Classes. We are not dealing with a Communist takeover in America ... or, if we are, it is quite possibly the most laughably assbackwards version ever attempted. Who grows the food in America? Who maintains the utilities? Who works the factories? Who delivers the goods from one end of the country to the other? Who gets sent to some foreign shore to kill in the name of national defense? It isn’t the Left. Do you really believe that ranchers in Montana, linemen from the Midwest, coal miners from PA, or the grunt Lance Corporal from SmallTown wherever is really going to bend the knee to Purple-Hair-McGender-Studies petty bureaucrat when “zhe” orders them to surrender food to the inner-city welfare leeches, shut off the power to their own communities, or deploy against their own families to confiscate their weapons? If you’re not laughing at this point, you should probably start.

The radical Left and their PermaState and Big Tech allies have made an irrecoverable blunder in their mad quest for domination - they have spent the better part of the last several decades ignoring, marginalizing, mocking, belittling, and outright attacking the very classes that are essential to executing a revolutionary takeover of a country. They have concocted these vast and elaborate smoke-and-mirrors illusions that are Social Media Inc. from their ivory towers that have locked us all in a trance that makes us think they are way more powerful than they actually are. Break out of the trance - Big Tech can only enslave you if you let them ... and they are betting on the outcome that their illusion works. Make them lose that bet. Pull back the curtain and reveal the sick, twisted, weak little people hiding behind it.

We are not reliving 1917. We are not reliving 1793. Our aspiring technocratic overlords, in their appalling ignorance of history and astounding hubris, have unwittingly exposed to us all their most critical vulnerability. Now, it’s up to us to exploit it.

How do we do that? First off, burn your comfort zone to the ground. The reason they have even been allowed to get this far is because we let them. We got fat, we got soft, and we got lazy. Get lean, get mean, and get smart. Next, take stock of who you are, what you do, what skills you can bring to the table, and who you know. Ask yourself “what role can I play?” and then get busy making sure you can deliver. Pick up skills if you need to - particularly essential ones that make you one of the Producers.  Lastly, get organized. Build a network - an *actual* one in the real world, not a bunch of fake digital “friends,” and start establishing cells. Find ways of communicating that don’t rely on some corporate Tech wannabe god-king in Silicon Valley. Start calling people again, email them, snail mail them, get HAM radios if you have to. Take stock of who you can actually trust when the sh*t hits the fan and keep them close - everyone else, get rid of. I mean it - stop trying to “convert” or dialogue with the bootlickers, the cowards, the leeches, and the sellouts. They’re lost and you need to treat them like they are dead to you - before they get you killed or worse. When I said “get mean” I meant it. In times like what we are about to go into, it’s the mean that survive. Also, don’t be afraid to look for allies in unlikely places - there are far more groups of people out there who have far more in common with us than it may appear. Just because they may not look or sound much like what you’re used to doesn’t mean they can’t provide invaluable aid. Ultimately, everyone understands that under a tyranny, everyone loses.

Last but not least - remember who you are. Who we are as Americans. We are not the Russians, we are not the Chinese. We have not spent millennia bowing under the yoke of various autocrats, tyrants, and god-emperors. We are the sons and daughters of Magna Carta - as possibly dysfunctional as that impulse has become lately, we are a people that has a complete intolerance to tyranny in our very DNA. Get yourself ready to remind your wannabe overlords of that, because they have forgotten it - and that’s the worst mistake they could have made.

Victory is within your grasp. There will be hardship. There will be strife. There may even be blood. But that’s always been the price tag of actual freedom. We were wrong to have forgotten that and we are paying dearly for that mistake as I write this. But it is not even remotely over - it has only just begun. I’m sick of hearing people I know joke about “well, maybe we’ll end up in the same gulag together hur hur.” Grow up. Man up. Get yourself ready for the fight you were born for. If that is too much for you to handle, get out of the way for someone who can.

This may be the last time I get to reach out to all of you on this platform - what with the “cleansings” of late. So be it. If you’re actually with me, you’ll know where and how to find me. Remember, if they win, it will be because we let them - and we will deserve every curse hurled our way by those who come after us. I’ll see you on the field - happy hunting.
